Description
We offer 100% grass fed, grass finished beef raised exclusively on our NE Kansas farm from birth to slaughter. No antibiotics, no hormones, no grain. Grass-fed beef is particularly rich in omega-3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), vitamin E, beta-carotene, and antioxidants compared to grain-fed beef. It is also an excellent source of high-quality protein, iron, zinc, and B vitamins (specifically B12, B3, and B6). We raise our beef on organic alfalfa, red clover, and bromegrass.
We use Black Angus mixed with Murray Gray genetics for calm, gentle cows that still maintain high quality marbling and flavor.
Currently taking orders for July, August, and September. Pickup available from the processor in Onaga, KS.
1/4 beef: $6.50/lb hanging weight - approx. 115 lb packaged
1/2 beef: $6.25/lb hanging weight - approx. 230 lb packaged
whole beef: $6/lb hanging weight - approx. 460 lb packaged
Processing and aging included. Deposit required to reserve your beef. Final weight depends on many variables, including options on beef cuts.
